Loja – Hill

FILM IN GRANADA HELPS YOU MANAGE YOUR FILMING PROJECTS IN OUR PROVINCE

An overwhelming landscape of karst nature in which the rock becomes the dominant element, conditioning the human presence and its activities. An endless number of subsistence farms and livestock farms, long since abandoned, several Civil War camps, some thirty snow wells, numerous chasms and some caves dot its geography and bear witness to a recent past of great human activity.

Nowadays, it is home to a wind farm, is a popular place for active tourism (free flight, climbing, hiking, via ferrata…) and has a large herd of sheep of the rabúa (rabuda) breed and countless flocks that make the most of its pastures.
