Víznar – Civil War Trench

Sierra de Huétor’s Natural Park has a big trench network from the Spanish Civil War inside, as well as defensive, surveillance and territory control elements, passages and paths. Some of these old war-related elements belong to the municipality of Víznar, which has a forest track and a footpath to access most of them. From the highest points the views of the Valley of the River Darro look spectacular.
