Ugíjar – Natural Spot
FILM IN GRANADA HELPS YOU MANAGE YOUR FILMING PROJECTS IN OUR PROVINCE
Nestled between red clay wadis, Ugíjar is one of the most important urban areas of the Alpujarra of Granada. Its streets and squares still preserve part of the charm of the Moorish towns of medieval times, being one of the richest towns in the province in terms of historic and monumental houses.
The Realengo area forms part of the geological heritage of the municipality. The lack of vegetation in many of these basins contributes to multiplying the effects of erosion, creating a landscape made up of gullies, ravines, fairy chimneys, canyons and badlands.
