Albolote – Water Sports Campus

The University of Granada is the owner of a Water Sports Campus at the Cubillas Swamp (in the municipality of Albolote), where nautical and other sports activities can be practiced in a unique environmental setting, with nice views of the Sierra Nevada mountain.

The Water Sports Campus has four different areas: teaching and management area; sports, nautical and multi-adventure area; environmental area and restaurant area. It has a pier, water sports area, tennis courts, soccer field, swimming pools, accommodation in wooden cabins, rock climbing wall, zip line, meeting rooms, restaurant-cafe, etc.

The facilities are open to the use of the university community of Granada, as well as to the general public, individually or as a family. They are also open for use by companies or entities external to the University of Granada, including film and television production companies for filming.
