Dehesas de Guadix – Viewpoint

Dehesas de Guadix, also popularly called Las Dehesas or La Dehesa, is a municipality located in the northeastern end of the region of Los Montes. It borders the Granada municipalities of Cuevas del Campo, Freila, Gorafe, Villanueva de las Torres, Pedro Martínez, Alamedilla and Alicún de Ortega, and the Jaén municipalities of Cabra del Santo Cristo, Quesada, Huesa and Pozo Alcón. The history of the town dates back to the time of the War of Granada.

The San Bernardino’s Viewpoint is located within the terms of the municipality and has been recently restored. From it you can contemplate the beautiful layout of the streets of the town and the Geopark of Granada.
